How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do your clean windows?


Yes we offer a service to clean the inside of your windows




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.




What if I am not happy with my cleaner for whever reason?


If you are not 100% happy with your cleaner drop us a mail at hello@holmeschapelcleaners.co.uk and we will do our upmost to proved a different cleaner.




How do you vet your cleaners?


All of our cleaning team are DBS checked and undergo a week trial and week side by side training before we allow them to work independently in a clients home or office.




Will I always get the same cleaner?


Yes whenever possible. You will get the edicated cleaner. We like to give you peace of mind that the cleaner who is in your proprty understands your preferred cleaning routine and you know who is in your home each week.




What areas of my home will you clean?


Your cleaner will do all the usual cleaning required in a home. We also have a long list of tasks which you can tick off and leave out for the cleaning team. By having your own dedicated cleaner and your personalised cleaning list you will be able to specify which jobs are priority on a weekly basis and which jobs are done on a less regular basis. This way you will receive a service that is tailored to your specific needs.




Do you have insurance?


Yes we have £1 million public libility cover.

Cancellation Policy
