How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
Do your clean windows?
Yes we offer a service to clean the inside of your windows
If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
What if I am not happy with my cleaner for whever reason?
If you are not 100% happy with your cleaner drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our upmost to proved a different cleaner.
How do you vet your cleaners?
All of our cleaning team are DBS checked and undergo a week trial and week side by side training before we allow them to work independently in a clients home or office.
Will I always get the same cleaner?
